We are a small, dynamic team looking for a resourceful and adaptable Full Stack Developer to join us. About the Role You'll be working closely with a tight team, contributing across the full stack - from backend logic to frontend interfaces. We are at an exciting stage of growth and expansion, and this role puts you right at the heart of it. In our environment, requirements evolve and priorities shift, so we need someone who can roll with the changes, think on their feet, and find solutions independently when needed. What you'll do Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications from backend to frontend Write clean, efficient server-side code using Node.js Collaborate with the team to translate evolving requirements into working software Contribute ideas and take ownership of features end to end Play an active role in shaping the technical direction as we scale Adapt quickly as project needs change and help the team stay on track What we're looking for Solid hands-on experience with Node.js — this is a must Working knowledge of Angular for frontend development (preferred) Familiarity with MongoDB and general NoSQL database concepts (preferred) A resourceful, can-do attitude - someone who figures things out rather than waits for perfect instructions Comfortable working in a small team where roles can overlap and flexibility matters Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to manage your own time and priorities without heavy micromanagement Nice to have Experience with REST API design Familiarity with version control (Git) Hands-on experience with AWS - as we grow and expand our infrastructure, cloud experience will play an increasingly important role in what we build and how we scale Any exposure to containerisation (Docker) What we offer Full-time position within a close, collaborative team The opportunity to be part of our growth and expansion - your work will directly influence where we go next A role where your contributions are visible and genuinely matter Room to grow personally and technically alongside the product and the team JobsinMalta
