In this role, the Head of Compliance will develop a comprehensive view of the firm’s operations, risk profile, and regulatory obligations. The objective is for the successful candidate to become a designated person approved by the MFSA, holding ultimate responsibility for the compliance framework and playing a critical role in the company’s long-term strategic success.
