Job Title: HVAC Technician Location: Malta Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Gross Annual Salary: Starting from 22,000 Euros/ 24.22 lakh INR Gross per Annum Gross Monthly Salary: 1,833.33 Euros/ 2.02 lakh INR Gross per Month Job Summary We are looking for skilled and experienced HVAC Technicians to join our growing team in Malta. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems across commercial and residential properties. Key Responsibilities Install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems. Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-system faults. Work on a variety of HVAC systems, including: Domestic split air-conditioning units VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems Industrial chillers Ventilation systems Commercial HVAC systems Residential HVAC equipment Conduct system inspections, testing, commissioning, and performance checks. Ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic control systems. Work with microprocessor-based controllers and HVAC control systems. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition. Requirements Relevant qualification or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Strong technical knowledge of: Air-conditioning systems Refrigeration systems Ventilation systems Climate control systems VRF systems Chillers Familiarity with microprocessor-based controllers used in domestic and industrial HVAC applications. Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical HVAC systems. F-Gas Category 1 Certification is mandatory. Good command of the English language.
