This role is ideal for someone looking to step beyond routine operations and gain real exposure to how insurance businesses scale across markets. In this position, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, supporting operational activities, product monitoring, and distribution oversight across multiple jurisdictions with claims oversight. You’ll participate in key meetings with MGAs and intermediaries, gaining first-hand insight into how partnerships and products are managed at an international level. You’ll be part of a business in growth mode, gaining hands-on experience across different insurance lines while building the skills and network needed to progress quickly within the industry. Key Responsibilities Support operational and administrative activities across the insurance function Participate in meetings with MGAs and distribution partners Assist in monitoring product performance and distribution activities Your Profile Minimum 3 years of experience within insurance or financial services; experience in claims handling is considered an asset.
