Job Description

Industry: Food & Beverage Location: Malta Basis: Full time Remuneration: Salary Main Duties: Manage daily stores and ERP inventory accuracy, including stock counts and batch tracking Manage raw and packaging material levels to optimize stock and minimize waste Monitor material usage, shelf life, returns, and write-offs Ensure compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety standards, and housekeeping requirements Liaise with Production, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations Lead and develop staff through performance management and multi-skilling Deputize for the Stores/Procurement Manager and report stock or operational risks to management What skills do you need? MQF Level 5/6 qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations or similar Experience in inventory/stores management Strong ERP/MRP knowledge Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills Eligibility to work in the EU is a must Want to see more jobs?
