Subsidised gym membership The successful candidate will join the Investment Operations team, supporting end-to-end investment operations, including post-trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, cash movements and client account administration. Key Responsibilities Manage post-trade processing of FX and securities transactions, including trade allocations, settlement instructions and confirmations. Open and close client accounts within internal back-office systems. Coordinate securities transfers between custodians and brokers. Process client cash transactions and maintain accurate records within banking and bookkeeping systems. Handle mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, including relevant tax deductions. Perform daily and ad hoc reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. Liaise with counterparties to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Act as the first point of contact for queries relating to transactions on client accounts. Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation. Work closely with the Investment Systems team to identify system improvements, perform user acceptance testing and support staff training. Prepare operational data for regulatory reporting.
