About the job IT B2B Sales Specialist - Enterprise Solutions On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Sales Specialist to join a leading technology-driven organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and delivering solution-based sales across areas such as cloud services, cybersecurity, connectivity, managed services, and digital transformation. Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT, telecoms, managed services, or technology sales. Proven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales and account management. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and deliver tailored business solutions. Experience managing complex sales cycles and commercial proposals. Valid driving licence and willingness to attend client meetings and events. Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new enterprise business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Identify customer challenges and propose effective technology solutions. Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to contract closure. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create winning proposals. Support tender submissions and large-scale business opportunities. Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management. Desirable Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, or a related field. Experience with public sector tenders and procurement processes.
