Our client, a respected leader in insurance services and operations, is seeking an IT Manager to oversee their IT environment and lead an experienced team. We need someone who can start within 4 weeks Your Role Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, and security across multiple business units Ensure alignment of IT systems with insurance regulatory and compliance standards (e.g. data protection, financial regulations) Lead, mentor, and support the internal IT and Service Desk teams Manage the IT operational budget and maintain strong vendor relationships Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and service delivery Coordinate system documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting Collaborate with executive stakeholders to deliver strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives Your Background Proven experience in IT Administration or IT Management, ideally within regulated industries (insurance, finance, fintech, etc.) Solid technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, and IT operations Strong leadership capability with a hands-on mindset Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage, but not essential Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Salary & Benefits Up to 65k Annual performance-based bonus Private health insurance Ongoing internal & external training programs Structured succession plan for long-term career growth For a confidential discussion, contact Lloyd Ibanibo at +356 2601 6609 or send your CV to .
