Get hands-on with modern technology, develop practical skills and build the confidence to grow as an engineer. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers supporting customer environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure and security, giving you the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to different technologies and enabling you to understand how modern infrastructure works together. You’ll have the opportunity to troubleshoot technical issues, support day-to-day infrastructure and get involved in maintaining customer environments, allowing you to strengthen your problem-solving skills, build technical confidence and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop. You’ll also contribute to technical projects and improvements beyond day-to-day support, giving you valuable project exposure and enabling you to expand your technical knowledge while discovering the areas of infrastructure you want to develop further.
