Our client, located at the heart of Malta, in Valletta, is looking for Kitchen Porters to join their team and support the smooth running of the kitchen. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Kitchen Porters. The successful candidates will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs with basic tasks, and ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and to the highest hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including equipment and work surfaces. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required. Ensure proper storage and disposal of waste. Support the kitchen team in keeping stock and supplies organized. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Perform other duties as directed by the Head Chef or kitchen supervisors. Requirements: Relevant experience or suitability for the role.
