Coordinate with global flight operation centers to address ticketing issues and operational hurdles effectively. Provide expert guidance on flight itineraries, re-routing, and initial booking procedures for high-touch passengers. Keep pace with internal policy updates and shifting aviation trends to ensure your advice remains accurate and compliant. Navigate complex airline safety standards and travel regulations while supporting passengers with their unique needs. Essential Qualifications Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken). Must be a holder of a valid EU passport. A genuine drive to relocate to Athens, Greece, and contribute to a vibrant, international workplace. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure aviation scenarios. Prior experience working in travel, high-end customer support, or aviation is considered a major advantage.
