Labourer

Job Description

Responsibilities Labourer will be responsible for assisting in assembling structures or sheet metal products, performing any of the duties listed under. Duties Perform all duties assigned by the Foreman. Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators or other metal workers. Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools. Read and interpret work orders and drawing. Operate cutting saws to cut various metals, and weld and grind fabricated structures. Must be able to operate a overhead crane and other equipment used to move or place equipment as required. Other duties as assigned. Experience LABOURER, HELPER. Manoeuvre around machine, includes but may not be limited to standing, bending, stretching and walking. Skills Attention to detail, highly organized and the ability to work on own initiative and in a team; Good communication in English language JobsinMalta
