This Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel will join one of the most interesting projects in the iGaming industry today. Through acquisitions, their brand and ambitious expansion plans, the company is expanding and offering career development opportunities for a capable commercial lawyer looking to take significant ownership in a growing business.You will form part of a small legal team at the moment and report directly to Head of Legal & Compliance, offering you a high amount of autonomy and you will be encouraged to take ownership of certain business functions and areas. In addition, due to recent events and further growth planned, you will have a really clear path for internal growth and development allowing you to take the first step in building a really successful career in iGaming.If you have commercial law experience, background from a big law firm or big4, and business acumen that you wish to translate into an in-house job in a growing business, this is a superb first step towards iGaming and a long-term career within a reputable name.You will:

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements;
• Assist Head of Legal and external counsels with general corporate matters and M&A;
• Support various business teams with legal advice to mitigate risks;
• Support on other ad-hoc projects assigned from executive team.

Experience:

• Warranted lawyer in Malta
• 3+ years PQE, either in-house or from a law firm (Exposure to iGaming is a plus)
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial deals

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 45,000 – 60,000 DOEBenefits:
