Listing Executive (Property) – Full-Time Join a reputable and fast-growing property team where growth, relationships, and opportunity are at the core of our success. We are looking for a motivated Listing Executive to focus on securing new rental and/or sales properties for the company. No previous real estate experience is required — full training and ongoing support will be provided. The Role As a Listing Executive, you will focus on identifying property owners, building relationships with landlords and vendors, and bringing new listings to market. This is a proactive, client-facing role suited to someone confident, organised, and driven by results. You will be fully trained on how to approach property owners, present our services professionally, and convert opportunities into active listings. Your responsibilities will include: Prospecting for new rental and/or sales properties Contacting landlords and property owners Booking and attending property appraisal meetings Presenting company services and explaining the listing process Advising owners on pricing and market positioning (with training and support) Securing signed listing agreements Working closely with letting and sales agents to launch new properties Keeping accurate records of prospects and listings in the CRM system Building long-term relationships with property owners What We’re Looking For No previous real estate experience required – full training provided Strong communication and people skills Confident and proactive attitude Comfortable speaking with new clients and building relationships Target-driven and motivated by performance Organised and consistent with follow-ups Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred) What We Offer Comprehensive training and mentoring programme Attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential Supportive, professional, and performance-driven team environment Clear progression into senior listing, sales, or management roles If you are ambitious, confident, and excited about building relationships and growing a property portfolio, we would love to hear from you.
