Machine Operator (brewery)

Job Description

Operate and monitor plant systems through both control room interfaces and hands-on, on-site operations Prepare the plant for production by accurately weighing and adding raw materials in strict accordance with standard procedures Execute production programs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality, safety, and procedural standards Conduct equipment, area cleaning, and Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures, while assisting with troubleshooting and periodic maintenance as needed Follow precise sampling and process monitoring regimes across various brewing sections Promptly identify and report faults to supervisors, coordinating effectively with the technical team Independently manage multiple processes, including during night shifts, and oversee specific standalone operations Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments and assist in training new machinery operators What skills do you need? Experience in industrial production or brewing operations Flexibility and aptitude to learn new equipment and automation systems Able to read, write, and communicate in English Computer literate, including Excel Willingness to work on a shift basis Strong attention to detail, process adherence, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Quad Consultancy
