The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is seeking to hire a Manager I - HR Applicants for this post are to be: Proficient in Maltese and English; AND In possession of a recognised full MQF Level 6 qualification related to one of these areas in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Social sciences or Management OR higher; AND In possession of 2 years of relevant experience. Other: Preference will be given to applicants with experience in payroll. The financial package in 2026 includes minimum salary of €28,136.80c rising by annual increments of €596 up to a maximum of €31,712.80c; a performance bonus of the annual basic salary of up to 10%; an annual inclusive communication allowance of €500 and an annual CPD allowance of €500. ​​​Vacancies will be filled if and when openings become available.
