The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is seeking to hire a Manager II - Partner Schools and Students' Transitions Applicants for the post should: Hold a minimum of a Master's Degree at full MQF level 7 in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Management, Education, Inclusive Education/Inclusion, Disability Studies, Educational Leadership, Youth and Community Studies or Career Guidance; AND Provide evidence of having 2 years of experience in lecturing or teaching and other related duties and responsibilities Other Requirements: Evidence of working in a similar role and/or working with students with learning and intellectual disabilities will be considered an asset. Candidates are to be knowledgeable about the local education system including both compulsory and post-secondary education routes. Working experience in a secondary school environment will be considered an asset. Proficiency in Maltese will be considered as an asset. The financial package in 2026 includes a minimum salary of €32,352.80c rising by annual increments of €641 up to a maximum of €36,198.80c; a performance bonus of the annual basic salary of up to 10%; an annual inclusive communication allowance of €800 and an annual CPD allowance of €700. ​ Vacancies will be filled if and when openings become available.
