Brand: Bulletproof Location: Malta - HQ (on-site) Contract Type: Full-Time Salary: Base €30,000 per annum ABOUT THE BRAND: Bulletproof is a fitness impact brand on a mission to get as many people into fitness as humanly possible & to become one of the leading names in global fitness. We operate through storytelling content, nationwide movements & events that have transformed hundreds of people, whilst also collaborating with the biggest fitness creators in the world. We partnered with the Prime Minister to make gyms free in the most obese country in Europe, Malta, on home soil which saw 30,000 youths get into the gym for free. NEXT MISSION: Right now we're building the next chapter: a fitness compound unlike anything that exists in the industry. A full-time content compound engine, studio and creator base where the biggest names in fitness come to build with us and where every arm of the brand gets made under one roof. It's the HQ of the brand movement and the reason the next few years are going to move fast. A machine like that only works when someone owns execution. That's this role. ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a Lead Producer who turns planned ideas into shipped content, on deadline, at quality. Ideas are easy. Shipping them with a team is the job. You'll own execution end to end - concepts into production plans, shoots run start to finish, editors kept moving & finished assets in the social team's hands on time. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Turns pre-planned concepts into clear production plans and realistic schedules - Run day-to-day scheduling for our internal creators - Plan shoots start to finish - third party research, casting, locations, props, creators on set - Assign edits internally and manage outsourced editors when we're at capacity - Run shoot budgets and report on them - Track every project from shoot → edit → delivery - Hand final assets to the social team on deadline, hold platform cadence across all channels - Manage client deliverables to the same standard - Partnership Production - Own the sourcing, pitching and closing of specialist locations and institutional partners for planned productions, and maintain the standing partner network that makes those closes fast. ABOUT YOU: - You perform under pressure and move fast, a true hustler. - You've efficiently managed multiple ongoing productions at once - You've held a lead producer role before - You're obsessively organised - you can hold a budget & a calendar at the same time - You're efficient with teamspace platforms (Notion, Google Calendar, Connecteam or similar) - You think in systems, not chaos - Reliable, responsible, mature WHAT YOU'LL GET: - The seat where the entire content operation runs through you - A fast-paced role where your work directly drives output, growth & brand momentum - Working alongside global fitness creators - Bulletproof HQ based in Santa Maria Estates, Mellieha, Malta JobsinMalta
