Platform Ops Engineer

Job Description

Are you an experienced L2 Platform Ops Engineer ready for your next challenge? This is a hands-on role supporting critical enterprise platforms, where your troubleshooting and analytical skills will truly make an impact. You’ll work across complex systems including Oracle databases, PL/SQL, event-driven integrations (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and modern cloud-native DevOps environments with CI/CD. As the L2 escalation point, you’ll lead deep root-cause analysis and help drive long-term stability and service improvement. Expect close collaboration with QA automation, infrastructure, and delivery teams in a fast-moving environment.
