Process Leader - Brewery Line (Manufacturing Operations)

Industry: Food & Beverage Location: Malta Basis: Full time Remuneration: Salary Main Duties: Direct daily Brewing, Processing, and Water Treatment operations to meet plans and SOP standards Track KPIs and BOTEC systems to fix issues and boost efficiency Handle shift scheduling, training, and performance for the operational team Manage inventory and reconciliations for raw materials, beer, and chemicals Maintain logs and update operational SOPs Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep lines running smoothly Enforce PPE and ATEX, safety, and quality standards while driving improvements What skills do you need? MQF Level 5+ in Brewing, Engineering, Management, or related field Experience in production, brewing, or food manufacturing is an asset Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work 3-shift rotations, including nights Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Eligibility to work in the EU is a must Want to see more jobs?
