Job Description

Industry: Food & Beverage Location: Malta Basis: Full time Remuneration: Salary Main Duties: Lead and develop the team to meet production and quality targets while ensuring strict health, safety, and environmental compliance Monitor team performance, provide continuous feedback, and conduct reviews to drive employee development and operational improvements Deliver shift KPI targets and promptly escalate operational bottlenecks or issues to management Troubleshoot product and plant issues, collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime Drive lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives Facilitate clear communication between management and shop-floor teams to ensure seamless shift handovers and operations What skills do you need? MQF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership/Management; technical qualifications or Wireman Licence A and B highly valued 3–5 years in manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory lean environment Strong leadership and coaching skills to effectively motivate and develop a team Solid understanding of quality systems and processes Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities Eligibility to work in the EU is a must Want to see more jobs?
