You’ll join a small, highly technical team, learning directly from experienced researchers and developers. With close mentorship and exposure to real trading systems, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to research that supports trading decisions. We’re looking for a high-achieving graduate with strong mathematical and statistical thinking, a sharp eye for detail and a competitive, self-driven mindset. Someone who enjoys tackling difficult problems, testing hypotheses and finding evidence in data. Previous financial markets experience isn’t essential — your analytical ability, academic results and potential to learn are what matter. You will: Analyse financial market data to uncover patterns and potential trading opportunities Develop and test hypotheses using statistical methods and empirical research Contribute to trading strategies, market analysis and risk research Collaborate with experienced researchers and developers to test ideas and improve results Skills / Experience: A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline, with strong academic results Strong foundations in probability and statistics, alongside basic programming skills in Python, R, C++ or similar Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly Experience with machine learning, large datasets, time series analysis, data visualisation or independent research projects is an advantage.
