You will be part of the regulatory compliance function, overseeing policies and procedures, guiding clients in meeting regulatory requirements, and ensuring compliance obligations are fulfilled. While doing so, you will become a trusted adviser to both clients and colleagues. You will: Ensures that all employees adhere to the Company policies and procedures Assist in the preparation of internal reports related to the Compliance Function Keep abreast of all new regulations and ensure compliance within all departments Skills / Experience: +1 experience in regulatory compliance. Experience with the MFSA. Be familiar with MIFID or AIFMD. Detail-oriented and proactive.
