As a Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing policies and procedures, guiding clients to meet regulatory standards, and ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled. You will become a key player in the organisation’s operations, gaining high exposure to a variety of industries within the financial services sector. You will: Monitor regulatory updates and assess the impact of new requirements issued by the MFSA and other applicable regulations on the firm’s activities. Be familiar with compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. Collaborate with different departments to ensure business processes are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements. Prepare regulatory documentation, reports, and supporting evidence for internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections by the MFSA. Skills / Experience: +1 experience with regulatory procedures and policies.
