We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our retail team, assisting in the sale of gases, welding equipment, tools, and hardware to a wide range of clients and target sectors. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet. Duties & Responsabilities Provide accurate and suitable product recommendations based on customers' needs Deliver excellent customer service and support customers throughout the sales process Support the management team with sales-related processes and day-to-day retail operations Use sales systems effectively to process transactions and maintain accurate records Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate till balances Skill Experiences & Qualifications An O-level standard of education Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-focused and friendly approach Good sales and negotiation skills Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Basic numeracy and confidence in handling cash transactions Ability to use sales systems and maintain accurate records A proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Interest in DIY, tools, hardware, or related products would be considered an asset To apply for this job email your details to Multigas
