Risk Officer – Hybrid and Flexibility Hybrid setting and flexible hours Work side by side with the CEO: shine in a small group Become essential in a key-function role Join a highly established and highly sought-after entity in the exciting trading industry. With nearly 15 years of experience in international markets, they are opening their Malta office, giving you the opportunity to join the team from the very beginning and play a key role in the development of the new branch. You will play a crucial role covering the key Risk Officer functions alongside the CEO and the Compliance Officer, which will give you significant visibility and recognition within the company. You will be in the ideal position to grow into a leading role as the team expands. You will: Establish and maintain risk management policies and procedures to identify risks relating to the Company’s activities, processes, and systems. Review the Risk Register of the Company to ensure all risks are properly identified and documented, with a proper risk analysis carried out. General assistance to the Board of Directors with MFSA requests, communication, and supervisory visits in relation to risk management. Skills / Experience: +5 years of experience in Risk in an investment company Comfortable with being standalone and independent Experience with CFD’s or Investments is a huge plus.
