Sales Executive - Runner (HVAC)

Job Description

Our Client, an HVAC Material Solutions company is looking for a Sales Executive Runner. Your responsibilities will include: Support sales team with quotations, proposals, and client documentation Follow up on client enquiries, offers, and approvals Assist in generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities Visit client sites such as ironmongeries and HVAC installers for basic measurements, document delivery, and information gathering Coordinate between clients, technicians, and internal sales team Support scheduling of installations and service visits Act as point of contact for updates and basic enquiries Maintain regular client communication and support relationship building Assist with scheduling orders and deliveries Maintain CRM records and sales activity logs Mix of office and field-based work Frequent travel between clients, suppliers, and office Working Hours: Monday - Friday Competitive base salary plus commission.
