Sales Person Muy Collection MAIN DUTIES Responsible for the shop daily duties to be performed by Sales Assistants. To meet all work deadlines as instructed by his/her direct superior. To ensure and maintain a consistent and positive customer service. To deal with customer complaints effectively and efficiently. To help customers choose products with the aim of encouraging them to buy, to upsell and to return to buy in the future. To advise customers on how to use and care for products. To be responsible for the area designated to them by the Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Manager. To package goods for customers in a professional manner. To operate electronic point of sale equipment and accept payment. To ensure that all the items in stock are well priced and organised. To participate in stocktaking whenever necessary. To ensure that a handover is given when not on duty. To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time. Ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Time Management Knowledge of Policies and Procedures Written communication in English Language Able to work on own initiative and without supervision Previous experience in a similar role or related qualification Computer literate Good knowledge of spoken/written English Maltapark
