Naturhouse Sliema is part of an established international nutrition and wellness brand, offering personalised consultations and a curated range of nutrition-focused products. We're looking for a confident, results-driven salesperson to help grow our client base by building relationships with businesses, clinics, gyms, and the wider Maltese community. The role: Proactively approach and build relationships with local businesses, gyms, clinics, offices, and community groups to introduce our products and consultation services Represent the brand at events, partner locations, and in-person meetings Generate leads and convert them into consultations and product sales Full training provided on our consultation process and product range — no nutrition background required, just genuine interest Flexible scheduling — part-time or commission-only to start, with room to grow into a larger role as results come in What we're looking for: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role Confident, outgoing, comfortable initiating conversations and walk-ins Genuine interest in health, wellness, and nutrition Self-motivated and comfortable working toward targets with a flexible, performance-based structure English essential; Italian, French, Spanish, or Maltese a plus What we offer: Full training on our products and consultation approach Commission-based earning potential with room to negotiate a more structured arrangement over time Flexible, self-directed hours A growing brand with an established international reputation Staff discount on our product range JobsinMalta
