Senior Infrastructure Tech Lead – Shape IT Impact Own the technical vision across complex environments Lead projects that make a measurable difference Build stronger teams through knowledge and leadership Ready to step into a role where your technical experience can shape what comes next? Lead complex environments, influence solutions and make your expertise count. You’ll take ownership of complex infrastructure environments, using your experience to guide technical decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. You will gain exposure across Microsoft 365, cloud and security, giving you the scope to influence how solutions are designed, implemented and developed. As a senior technical lead, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them understand their options and turning their requirements into effective technical solutions. You’ll build strong relationships while using your expertise to provide direction on challenging infrastructure decisions. You’ll also have a leading role across infrastructure projects, taking responsibility for technical planning, solution design and successful delivery. You will modernise existing environments to introducing new technologies, enabling you to see projects through from initial idea to real-world implementation. Your influence will extend across the wider engineering team too. You’ll mentor junior and mid-level engineers, share your experience and help develop their technical capabilities, allowing you to strengthen your own leadership skills while helping create a stronger technical team around you.
