As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building secure, resilient systems from the ground up—taking full ownership of backend features that automate and monetize complex financial operations across accounts, currencies, and payment methods. In this role, you’ll be designing and developing high-performance systems capable of processing large volumes of transactional data in real time. You’ll develop end-to-end on features that help clients eliminate manual processes and increase operational efficiency. What makes this role especially exciting is the tech stack: you will be developing in Kotlin from the backend, database tools such as Hibernate, and testing with JUnit and Mockito. You’ll join a collaborative engineering team focused on building reliable, high-availability platforms using modern tech and strong engineering principles. The team values clean architecture, scalability, and continuous delivery—providing an environment where your voice matters and your ideas directly shape the product. This hybrid role involves spending 2-3 days per week in the office, providing flexibility for focused concentration while maintaining close collaboration with your team. As a developer passionate about data, compliance, and mission-critical systems, you’ll play a key part in shaping innovative solutions by creating technology that makes business banking feel natural and easy.
