The Shop attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked and organized store, and ensuring efficient cash-handling operations. The job holder will act as our brand ambassador and will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for our valued customers. Responsibilities: Greets customers upon entering the store and provides assistance with their shopping needs, answering questions and resolving queries; Recognizes customer requirements and promotes and upsells supplementary Maypole products that enhance customer's purchases, emphasizing the distinctive features and quality of Maypole's products; Promotes Maypole's special promotions to encourage customer engagement; Recommends seasonal items and new product introductions to keep customers informed about Maypole's latest offerings; Requirements Proven experience as a shop attendant or in a similar customer-facing role would be considered an asset Maypole
