Job Title – Shutterer (Formwork Carpenter) Location: Malta Industry: Construction Salary: 1,733.00 Euros - 2,252.90 Euros / 1.94 - 2.52 lakh INR Gross per Month Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shutterer (Formwork Carpenter) to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, installing, and dismantling formwork used for concrete structures in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. The role requires precision, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities ● Erect and dismantle formwork as per specifications for all types of structures (decks, beams, staircases, circular or T and E walls). ● Pouring concrete for all types of structures. ● Unloading the shutter materials from the truck. ● Dismantling and removing on completion. ● Responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites, including removing debris and materials. Requirements ● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shutterer/Formwork Carpenter in the construction industry. ● Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans. ● Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately. ● Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in outdoor construction environments. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Good understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites. ● Good command of the English language.
