Vassallo Builders is looking to hire a Skilled Operative Key Responsibilities – Perform skilled construction tasks such as blockwork, plastering, tiling, paving, finishing and other related duties. – Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools and small construction equipment safely and responsibly. – Follow technical drawings, plans and instructions provided by supervisors. – Ensure full compliance with OHSA and BCA regulations, and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times. – Correctly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE). What We're Looking For · Minimum of 1 year experience working in the construction industry. · Sound knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. · Ideally already working in Malta. · Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
