Job Description : Our Client, Malta’s leading company in its sector, is expanding its logistics and warehouse operations and is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Delivery Assistant to join its growing team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring that goods are handled, prepared, loaded, transported, and delivered safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who is organised, physically fit, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with receiving, unloading, checking, sorting, and storing incoming goods and materials. Pick, pack, prepare, and load orders accurately for scheduled deliveries. Assist the delivery driver with the safe and efficient transportation and unloading of goods at customer locations. Ensure all products are handled carefully and that deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse, loading area, and delivery vehicle. Complete delivery documentation, report discrepancies or damaged goods, and communicate any operational issues to the relevant supervisor. Requirements Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, delivery, or similar operational role is considered an asset. Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift, carry, and move goods safely when required. Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Good organisational skills and attention to detail when handling orders and deliveries. Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Maltese is considered an advantage. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing operational and delivery requirements. Licenses & Qualifications A valid Driving Licence is considered an advantage, particularly for candidates who may be required to assist with driving duties. Previous training or certification in Manual Handling and/or Health & Safety is considered an asset. Basic knowledge of warehouse Benefits Competitive salary.
