Job Description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader responsible for the running of warehouse operations and related administration, ensuring accurate inventory management, order processing, and deliveries. The role also supports the Warehouse Coordinator and maintain excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality Maintain inventory records and warehouse documentation Organize stock according to warehouse procedures and FIFO principles Prepare invoices, pick lists, and delivery routes Pick, pack, and check orders for accuracy and quality Process returns and support the issuance of credit notes Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good computer and data-entry skills O-Level passes in English and Mathematics ECDL qualification or equivalent Excellent spoken and written English Reporting Lines Sales Manager Working Hours Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 15:15 Overtime as required and Saturdays when necessary Job Reference: PX087 Category Supply Chain & Warehousing Job type Full Time Employment level Intermediate (1-3 years) Work Location On Premises Employer industry Import, Wholesale & Distribution Supply Chain, Transport & Warehousing Jobs in Malta involve logistics and transportation of products.
