Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced SEO & Web Analytics Specialist to take charge of SEO and web performance across our growing portfolio of brands and markets.Your mission? Make search and organic traffic a powerful, cost-effective engine for acquisition and revenue. This is a hands-on role with real impact — covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics.You’ll work closely with our in-house content team, marketing team, product and data teams, and agency partners. For the right person, the role has clear potential to grow into a leadership position as we expand.What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across brands and regions
• Conduct technical SEO audits and manage fixes with developers and agencies
• Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and on-page elements
• Define and drive SEO content strategy with content and agency teams
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify market opportunities
• Own tracking setup and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager)
• Define SEO KPIs and deliver regular, actionable performance reports
• Ensure indexing, crawlability, and fix technical SEO issues (e.g. page speed, duplicate content)
• Research and implement AI-powered SEO strategies
• Optimize multilingual and localised sites for region-specific SEO
• Keep up with the latest algorithm updates and SEO best practices

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in iGaming, eCommerce, or other competitive industries
• Proven ability to grow organic traffic into a key revenue source
• Strong technical SEO skills and experience working with developers and agencies
• Deep experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and SEO tracking setups
• Skilled with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects at once
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into action
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setup

• Experience with AI-driven SEO strategies
• Knowledge of international or multilingual SEO
• Familiarity with affiliate SEO models
• Experience with Asian markets and geo-specific SEO
