We’re looking for a Client Relations Coordinator who will serve as the main point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their needs, respond to their inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and ensure a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.Part of the role will also involve handling government tenders, reviewing requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely submissions in line with public procurement regulations.Key Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact for your clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored product/service quotations.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate internally to fulfill client needs efficiently.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent service and consistent follow-up.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotes or issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage and prepare submissions for government tenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Stay informed about tender opportunities and ensure alignment with our service offering.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Familiarity with government tenders or public procurement processes is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using email, phone, and basic office software (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
• A proactive, professional, and positive attitude.
