Responsibilities: • General plastering and painting • Perform basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repairs • Light installations • General repairs • Preventative maintenance • Assist in other trades when required Requirements / working conditions: • Have proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role. • Good communication skills. • Be of a flexible and adaptable nature. • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving. • Attention to detail. • In possession of a valid driving licence.
