As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our properties, ensuring that everything is in excellent working order. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues. Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with other maintenance and management staff to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Requirements Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role. Proficiency in a range of repair and maintenance skills including carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills and a collaborative team player. Physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks. Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
