We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, helping to streamline day-to-day operations, manage key communications, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of the sales function. You will assist in aligning systems, processes, and performance tracking to drive smarter selling and stronger results. You will work across departments to help the COO ensure that strategy turns into action.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on creating structure, loves improving workflows, and wants to make a visible impact across a growing commercial organization.As the Commercial Operations Manager, you are expected to:Partner with the CCO to drive operational excellence across the sales functionOwn and continuously improve sales processes from lead flow to pipeline managementSupport the execution of commercial projects and ensure alignment across departmentsTrack key deadlines, follow-ups, and to-dos, making sure the CCO stays focused on prioritiesEnsure data accuracyDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs that help to drive decision makingStandardize onboarding documentation and best practices across sales rolesAct as a liaison between the sales team, the publisher team, and finance, to ensure alignmentSuccess in this role means:The sales team follows consistent, effective processesThe COO has real-time visibility into performance and risksData is clean and reports are actionableSales reps spend more time selling and less time reportingYou are a trusted partner across commercial, product, and finance5-10 years of experience with sales operations or revenue operationsExperience with CRM tools, such as SalesforceStrong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into insightsAbility to work with and align with multiple stakeholders across different departmentsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience in iGamingExposure to working with international sales teams
