TasksWe are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Controller to join our finance
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting strategic decision-making
by providing insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance
monitoring.

• Responsible for month-end controlling and financial reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Conduct variance analysis and identify root causes
• Deliver management reports with KPIs and dashboards
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
• Support cost control and profitability analysis
• Improve financial processes, systems, and controls
• Participate in strategic planning and financial modeling
• Assist in audits, board reports, and ad hoc presentations
• Collaborate with teams for accurate, timely data
• Support finance team as needed and generate business plans
• Adaptable, flexible, and may perform senior duties

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Candidates in

advanced stages of obtaining such qualification will also be considered. * Having prior working experience as a business controller will be considered as anasset. * Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, andperformance analysis. * Proficiency in Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of SAP and BI tools areconsidered as assets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both finance and non-finance

stakeholders. * High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.

• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership

CompanyAbout Lufthansa Technik Malta LtdLufthansa Technik Malta Ltd. (LTM) was established in 2003 as a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG (92%) and Air Malta (8%). The MRO service provider (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul), based at Malta International Airport in Luqa, provides its customers with line and base maintenance services for short haul and long haul aircraft in the Airbus A320/A330/340/350 series. Initially specializing in C Checks and comprehensive aircraft modifications, the company has now significantly expanded its service portfolio following the construction of a 64,000 square meter hangar complex. The spectrum of services offered has grown to encompass extensive maintenance work with wide ranging capabilities including structural and composite fibre repairs, complex testing procedures and comprehensive cabin refits. The 600 strong workforce can work on up to three long haul aircraft or five medium and long haul aircraft at any one time in the new hangar complex, expanded to cater for wide body aircraft. The hangars are used primarily for C Checks and aircraft overhauls.
