The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is seeking to hire a Manager II - Legal AffairsApplicants for the post should hold:

• a University of Malta Degree in Law (LL.D or Master of Advocacy level) or a comparable recognized legal qualification at National Qualification Framework full MQF Level 6 or better duly certified by the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC) and be in possession of a warrant to practice in the Courts of Malta;

AND

• a minimum of 2 years post-warrant legal experience relevant to the role.

Other:

• Having an in-depth knowledge of commercial, contract, employment and data protection law will be considered as an asset.

The financial package in 2025 includes a minimum salary of €32,110.48c rising by annual increments of €641 up to a maximum of €35,956.48c; a performance bonus of the annual basic salary of up to 10%; an annual inclusive communication allowance of €800 and an annual CPD allowance of €700.Vacancies will be filled if and when openings become available.
