Description:Location: MaltaRole: Dutch speaking Online CroupierSalary: €1,958 gross p/a plus monthly bonuses of up to €1,000 gross. Additional top up for night shift hrs.Shifts: rotational 24x7 operation, 40 hrs per week (5 days of 8 hrs), so you sometimes work late or night shifts (4 days shift, 2 days off)Relocation support: your flight to Malta will be booked and paid for you and there will be 20 days accommodation on arrival in a company apartment. For their studio in sunny Malta, they are looking for Dutch speaking Online Croupiers.The RoleAs an online Croupier, you'll be the friendly face presenting the game for Dutch-speaking players, broadcasting live from our client's studio in sunny Malta. Similar to a TV host, you'll engage with players in real time via a live chat system, ensuring each gaming session is exciting and interactive. If you are outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly and not shy to talk in front of the camera then this role is for you!You’ll be spending most of your working day live on camera; hosting games like Roulette and Black jack and interacting with players who are live-streaming the games to their devices.You will receive a full training program where you will be taught how to lead the games as well as how to look and act in front of the cameras.Requirements:Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch
• A good command of English
• Ability to adapt and able to manage unexpected situations while maintaining the game's momentum
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Customer focused
• Eagerness to learn and develop

Offer:Salary, Relocation Package and BenefitsThe annual basic gross salary is 23,500 Euros. Apart from base salary, there are bonuses to be earned - expect to earn bonuses after completing training. Monthly bonuses can be up to 1,000 EUR p/m but on average are around 500 EUR p/m. Additional top up for night shift hrs.Moving to Malta gives you the opportunity to move to an English speaking country that is (nearly) always sunny. Our client broadcasts in 17 languages and there are more than 60 nationalities in their team; working for the client is a truly multicultural experience. If successful you will receive help with your relocation.
