The successful candidate will plan, organise, and oversee food & beverage catering services, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, top-quality standards, and strong financial performance.Key Responsibilities

• Manage food, labour, and energy costs related to events
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations & company procedures
• Plan F&B menus in consultation with the General Manager
• Lead, train, and motivate catering staff in partnership with HR
• Schedule shifts and coordinate service operations
• Oversee quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers; finalize catering contracts
• Drive customer satisfaction and positive feedback
• Develop and monitor budgets, maximising sales and profitability
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Exceptional communication and client-handling ability
• A “can-do” mindset with attention to detail
• Able to multitask, take initiative, and work under pressure
• Commercial acumen: budget management & financial awareness
• Passion for high-quality food, service, and customer experience
• Fluency in English is required
