With offices in Gibraltar, Antigua, and bases in Malta and the Philippines, plus a global remote team, we welcome motivated people capable of building and scaling business functions.Job PurposeAs the AML Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the AML Manager in implementing the Yellow Social Interactive’s Anti-Money Laundering framework across all our operations. The AML Analyst will be responsible for conducting due diligence checks, reviewing Source of Wealth (SOW) information, monitoring player activity, and assisting with suspicious activity investigations and reporting. This position helps ensure Yellow Social Interactive remains compliant with relevant AML regulations and internal policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating financial crime risks.Areas of Responsibility

• Conduct different levels of due diligence on both new and existing players in accordance with industry standards and internal policies
• Assess and verify Source of Wealth (SOW) and Source of Funds (SOF) documentation to determine legitimacy and alignment with gameplay behaviour
• Monitor transactional and behavioural data to detect patterns indicative of suspicious activity, including structuring, unusual payment behaviour, or account misuse
• Support the AML Manager with the preparation and submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the appropriate authorities
• Maintain accurate documentation and investigation records within AML systems and tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect relevant case information
• Assist in refining AML policies, procedures, and controls based on regulatory changes and risk findings
• Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping for all due diligence, monitoring, and investigative actions in accordance with legal and internal policy requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in AML, financial crime, risk, fraud, or compliance roles, preferably within online gaming, fintech, or financial services
• Practical understanding of CDD/EDD processes and SOW/SOF verification in a risk-based framework
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse customer behaviour and documentation critically
• Proficient written communication skills, especially in drafting investigative reports and SAR narratives
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity
• Strong hands-on experience with Looker, or other BI reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Direct experience of the gaming industry is a plus
• Good communication, organisational, teamwork, interpersonal skills and multi-cultural diversity are essential
• The ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats
• A proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic industry
