If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic, client-focused environment.What to expect in this role:Lead and motivate an accounting team, fostering communication and alignment with the company’s vision and values.Act as the go-to expert on primary accounting and VAT frameworks, guiding team members and reviewing their work where needed.Drive and oversee key accounting projects.Support the onboarding process of new clients.Ensure the team delivers work to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Monitor performance, participate in setting targets, and manage workflows, workloads, and deadlines.Mentor and support colleagues in their professional growth and development.Collaborate with other departments—such as audit, payroll, funding, and corporate—while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.Assess current systems and processes, suggesting and implementing improvements.Contribute to the unit’s growth by identifying new opportunities.Provide support to the Senior Client Accounting Manager with additional tasks as required.What makes you a great fit:Strong ability to work to deadlines and deliver results on time.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.A proactive, self-driven approach, balanced with strong teamwork skills.A natural ability to build relationships with clients and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.ACCA qualified or equivalentA minimum of 2 years experience in a CSP environment following achievements of qualificationsExcellent command of accounting standards, Maltese VAT and tax legislationWhy join us?Hybrid working model with flexibility to start your day between 7:30–9:30 a.m.Continuous learning opportunities including sponsorships, professional courses, and training programs.A supportive and youthful team environment, where collaboration and fresh perspectives are encouraged.The chance to work in a client-facing role that combines professional growth with meaningful impact.
