AvailabilityPermanentAre you passionate about driving process excellence, solving complex technical challenges, and making a tangible impact on operational performance?Our client, a respected leader in the manufacturing sector, is expanding their Engineering Department and is seeking a Process Engineer to join their high-performing team.About the RoleAs a Process Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. You'll be hands-on in identifying and implementing improvements that enhance product quality, efficiency, and uptime, helping shape the future of our client's operations.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing and troubleshooting technical and process issues to drive sustainable improvements.
• Manage and enhance maintenance systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
• Investigating deviations, performing root cause analysis, and implementing CAPAs.
• Supporting engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and process scale-ups.
• Ensuring all work adheres to cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions and achieve production goals.

About YouWe're looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively to make a difference.You'll ideally have:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a Diploma (MQF Level 4 or higher).
• Proven experience in manufacturing, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
