Our client is looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Account Advisors to join their team in sunny Malta!Join our client's European Customer Service team, assisting customers worldwide via live chat, phone, and email. • Provide support to customers via live chat, phone, and email
• Handle inquiries related to betting, payments, verification, and general account issues
• Review and escalate customer queries to supervisors when necessary
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical, payment, and betting queries
• Contribute to a positive and multicultural team environment

Candidate profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find resolutions
• Flexibility to work five out of seven days, including weekends and public holidays
