• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver excellent standards at all times
• Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and cost control
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards
• Handle scheduling, performance, and staff development
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or F&B
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused, with a positive and proactive attitude
• Must be currently based in Malta and legally eligible to work on the island
